Increasing the level of security in the cyber ecosystem

The rapid development of digital technologies has transformed our era into a digital era. Common and free cyberspace eliminates communication obstacles between countries, communities, and citizens, ensuring transparency, enabling real-time interaction and exchange of information across the globe. However, the new opportunities for communication and interaction offered in the online space, are accompanied by serious threats to cybersecurity.

This project aims at increasing the capacities of the Albanian authorities in monitoring and tracking cybercrime issues. Also, the project falls under the pillars of the National Cyber Security Strategy that aims to ensure the use of information technology to increase the effectiveness of cybercrime investigations and raise awareness among security professionals on the importance of cybersecurity to monitor and investigate online radicalization and violent extremism that leads to terrorism.
