Provide assistance for starting and setting up new ventures in the field of digital communication and technologies by providing counseling, mentoring, working space and investment opportunities from Albanian or foreign investors.

Relevant and advanced educational content with emphasis on practical knowledge in technology, innovation and digital sector. The Institute will provide courses, lectures, workshops and online content for tech and startup professionals.

I4DCT will cooperate with universities and scientific centers, with public and private bodies, national or foreign, in order to develop joint projects such as seminars, research, formation activities and other activities that are necessary to create synergies among stakeholders scientific, academic, economic and social sectors operating in the territory to orient, handle and solve the problems of the development of digital technologies in the country and in the region.

Increase the use of digital and internet technologies in the smallest cities in Albania. Work for sustainable and innovative regional and local development, assisting local entities, enterprises and organizations present in the territory. Combined with social media portals and social media will aim at involving young people in rural areas to learn more about digital innovation and technologies. I4DCT will cooperate on joint initiatives in the field of digital technologies in the Balkan region and beyond.
